From striking to kicking, joint/skeletal locking to grappling, throws and takedowns to groundfighting; all areas of personal defense tactics are addressed and augmented with the use of Martial Science. This enables a smaller/weaker person to efficiently defend themselves from a much larger/stronger opponent.
In addition, students will also learn about anatomy, physiology along with the energetic, nervous, respiratory and circulatory systems of the body as it relates to your health and self protection tactics.

The heart and soul of Okinawan martial arts! We analyze martial movement, within Classical Okinawan Kata, from Shuri, Tomari and Naha districts to develop practical life protection tactics. Martial Science is then used to enhance the application of such movements to provide a very efficient way of self protection that can be performed by any individual.
Tactics that exploit the body's energetic, nervous, circulatory, respiratory, muscular and skeletal systems through the use of Pressure Points within your techniques.
Joint/skeletal locking and grappling methods of close range and groundfighting.
Okinawan weapons training with Eku, Bo, Jo, Tan Bo, Chizi Kun Bo, Tekko, Nunchaku, Tonfa, Sai, Kama, Katana and Suburi.
Balintawak Arnis stick and knife fighting. Tactical use and defense against firearms.
Internal energy development for health and martial power. Various movements from Yang Style Taiji Chuan, Xing Yi Chuan, Bagua Zhang, White Crane and 5 Element Qigong are analyzed from both health and martial aspects.
